Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
Certain items, such as Woven Tapestry Blankets, are woven as they are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to this and the personal nature of the items we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.  If there is an issue with your order please contact us with a photo and description of the issue at shopgreggletron@gmail.com and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
